Coastwise Capital LLC is a real estate development and holding company focused on acquiring industrial, warehouse and mixed-use properties in Fairfield County. Coastwise sources select properties that can be improved through new development, renovation, assemblage, site modification or entitlement work. The business seeks to enhance asset value and build a portfolio of strong, income producing properties.
RPM Home Inc. is a luxury, new home construction company, which builds high-end residential dwellings on both a custom and speculative basis. RPM offers a unique, client centric design build approach that delivers an unparalleled client experience to successfully construct beautiful and ergonomic dwellings. RPM has built over 100 bespoke homes during the last 20 years.
Ryan has an extensive background in real estate, construction, leasing, investing and technology. He worked in the business and technology sector for over 5 years (Gartner Group, Hackett / Answerthink) and went on to launch and successfully sell multiple internet companies.
Ryan is a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY, where he was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy and has a degree in Marine Engineering with a minor in Nuclear Engineering.
